Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Direct Services

In today’s climate, there has been an unprecedented need for highly-trained paraprofessionals in local school districts. 

In order to meet that need, Fields Center is proud to offer direct services from highly skilled and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to Western Mass Schools. RBT professionals are trained to work in the specific environment as well as with a specific student as appropriate. Fields Center RBTs receive their training pre-service with Fields Center administrators. With advanced training in behavior strategies and data collection, Field Center employees are an invaluable part of any team.
