School Programs
Fields Center offers a wide array of services and supports to public and private schools across Western Massachusetts.
We provide schools with consultation, training and assessments from our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). We also offer direct services from our well-trained Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for 1:1 or 2:1 support for some of your most challenging students.
BCBA Consultation
The cornerstone of our school consultation program is our high-quality behavioral consultation.
Our experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) offer a dynamic and comprehensive approach to providing behavior support and meeting IEP services and goals for individual students or substantially separate programs.
A Fields Center BCBA will come to the school to train and support staff, observe students, and cover services for any student who has BCBA on their IEP service delivery grid.
RBT Direct Services
When a student is struggling to remain in their home district, a higher level of staffing is sometimes required.
Fields Center RBTs are trained to provide that level of support.
RBT Training
Join us at the Fields Center for a 40-hour in-person training that prepares you to take the Behavior Analyst Certification Board’s (BACB) Online RBT Exam.
Professional Development
Fields Center professional development services are individualized offerings designed for professionals and teams working in the field of neurodiversity.
Trainings are available for groups from 5 to 100 people and are tailored to meet your individual needs.
