Care Coordination

So often families of neurodiverse individuals find the task of coordinating care to be overwhelming.

how we help

This highly flexible service allows families to take a back seat in the logistics of a situation which in turn allows them to be fully present for their child or loved one.

Our care coordination is done by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts and can include meetings with members of an individual’s support team (therapist, school, physician, extended family, etc.) as well as meeting notes and debriefs about what was decided.

This service may also include assistance with applying for state and federally funded services which can help families find sustainable and insurance covered services.
