In today’s climate, there has been an unprecedented need for highly-trained paraprofessionals in local school districts.
How We Help
In order to meet this need, Fields Center is proud to offer direct services from our team of highly skilled Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to Western Massachusetts Schools.
Our RBT professionals are trained to work in the specific environment, as well as with a specific student, as appropriate
All Fields Center RBTs receive their training pre-service with Fields Center administrators.
